Sprint Customer Service

Wow. I’m impressed with Sprint so far — and I am not even a customer yet. The company’s customer service e-mails are much better than my current wireless provider’s.
My current wireless provider sends long e-mails where only one paragraph means anything to me. The rest sounds phony as it uses a poorly written customer response template. The company needs to hire new writers.
We plan to switch all of our phones to the Sprint network when our plan is up in the summer. I need to decide if I want to be on the family plan and have voice capabilities for use with a voice mail texting service or if I want to use the special Sprint plan for the deaf that only has unlimited data.
Decisions!

i believe sprint has less coverage than others. so double check it. so you wont be surprised after signing up for the service.

Sprint has a better coverage than T-Mobile but I know Verizon is even better.
But I would recommend you to go on sprint site to check on the coverage. If it’s goodn go for it. I’m using Sprint as well.
    Good Luck.

I agree that Verizon has the best coverage and T-Mobile’s is terrible — in the Dallas area, anyway. But Verizon’s data plans are twice as much as the others.

good luck with your decision which is the best for your mobile. i agree with some comments above this comment because wireless network coverage is very important. we depend on data coverage ! if you travel around world, you need to know which country provides GSM or CDMA network. there is 80% of GSM networks in the world. i am very happy AT&T subscriber with at&t Tilt(pda).
    Again good luck ! 🙂
